Living with the lens of possibility
On Sunday, I gathered 20 incredible women here in Nashville for my second local Circle of the year.
We’re stepping into the year of the Fire Horse, and it was clear based on the energy you could feel in the room.
But before we charged ahead, we made space to name what we were ready to lay down — because if we want to run fast, we can’t continue to drag what is no longer ours to carry.
We honored the final release and shedding by taking the time to name it.
And from there? We moved, together, as my friend Katie led us through a meditation that took us deep into the ocean of our inner world and the quietest, most sacred place within us.
And when we all came back?
You could feel it.
There was, and is, so much life and power there. Most importantly, there is vision there waiting to surface.
The night before, I had read Sophie a book about the ocean and we reached the page where it talked about the deepest layer of the ocean — the abyssal zone.
Here’s what captured my attention:
• Creatures create their own light through bioluminescence because there is no external light source.
• Pressure is intense, so movement is slower — deliberate, adaptive, built for depth.
• Life in the depths is highly evolved because the conditions are so intense
And most notably, scientists believe 98% of the ocean still remains unexplored.
Ninety-eight percent.
That is wild. And it got me thinking...
If the physical ocean holds that much mystery — how much more possibility exists inside of you?
I think sometimes we can move through life and as the tension builds, we dissmiss the deeper desires of our heart in the name of responsbility.
And as we dismisss, the tension builds.
But what if we start seeing this tension differently? What if it's a sign that something is still forming in the deepest depths of who we are.
Something building pressure, creating light, and preparing to rise.
I see this tension with all of the mamas in my life right now.
You feel the pull toward more — more impact, more expression, more leadership, more visibility — but you also feel the weight of responsibility and the reality of your current life.
Mamas constantly live in the tension of both and.
We hold our kids while we hold our dreams.
I know this space well.
And that is why this March, I'm launching something special—Momentum.
We are going to:
• Build clarity around your next level vision
• Create strategy around visibility + offer
• Regulate your nervous system so growth feels grounded
• Do the inner work that actually sustains expansion
• Take real action — in village because you were never meant to do this alone.
This is for the mama who feels the pressure of potential that lives at the intersection of mothering and ambition and is ready to move forward with intention.
